I am a long year customer in Jogjakarta and later in semarang, my wife and I bought minimum 8 or ten differnt classes, untill last purchase we are satisfied, thats why even I could buy cheaper I prefer to buy from your company.
last year sept. 09, I bought my last classes for 2.6 juta,
I did not use this as it is beng used mainly for reaDING,
I still used my old once. but when I came back from ETH, I feel I need the better reading classes in the plain, so I start to use it, but what a disapointment, I could not read properly, it was a 3 month trip, after I cam back, to semarang I immeidiatly went to LK, and complained about the quality of the lenses, the seller Mr Aris, told this is a short time problem, and it will improove, so I left again, my next travel was again for weeks, a few weeks ago I had to realize, that even the lenses was very rar in use, but its getting ebven worst on qulaity for looking, I went o LK semarang ciputra, and complained again, as I already complained early, and I need help. but this what you call consultant, was very unfriendly,
and after my question wether he want to give me a good service he said no he cant????
Is this the way how you treat your customer? I dont believe, you better remove this kind of persons from your shops.
I still waitning for your serious help, 2,6 juta and 3 times visit without a proper result, is evenfor me
to expensive.!!!
